205 Fast Hardener is used to produce a rapid cure which develops its physical properties quickly. It is an epoxy curing agent consisting of a formulated mixture of polyamines of medium viscosity. When mixed with the 105 Resin in a five part resin to one-part hardener ration, the cured resin/hardener mixture yields a rigid, high-strength solid which has excellent cohesive properties and provides an excellent moisture vapor barrier. The No. 105 Resin/No. 205 Fast Hardener mixture has a pot life of 9 to 12 minutes at 72 degreeF (22 C) Minimum recommended teperature is 40 degreeF (4 degreeC). Cures to a solid state in six to eight hours and to maximum strength in 1 to 4 days. Not recommended for clear coating.
