Terms & Other Info

• Full day Bahamas Fishing Charters & Islamorada Charters depart the dock at 7:00 am and return 3:00 pm.
• ½ day Florida Keys Charters depart the Dock 7:00 am or 12:30 pm and return 11:30 am or 5:00 pm.
• Full Day Ocean City NC and NJ Trips depart at 4:30am and return at 4:30pm.
• Customers are requested to bring their own food and drinks for fishing charters.
• 8 Hr. Deep Sea Fishing Trips in New Jersey and Ocean City depart the dock at 7:00am and return at 3:00pm
• Overnight Tuna Trips in NJ typically depart the dock at 2:00pm and return at 12:00pm the following day.

Booking Terms

• A deposit is required to reserve a date. In the event of bad weather (determined by captain), we will offer an alternative date or refund. Deposits are: $300 FL. Keys, $500 NJ/OC/NC, 50% on Bahamas and Tortugas Trips, and $1000 on overnight tri ps..
• Balance due 45 days in advance for Bahamas trips and on the day of the trip payable to the captain for all other locations.
• Over Under Adventures does not supply alcohol. Customers are permitted to bring canned beer only. No hard alcohol or bottles. If a party member becomes intoxicated, as determined by captain, the boat will return to dock without any refund.
• No illegal drugs or firearms.
• Boating shoes or sneakers only. Please no black soled shoes.
• Dress appropriately, don't forget suntan lotion, sunglasses, camera, & motion sickness medication.
• Bahamas Bone fishing Charters are operated by Top Cat's Fishing Service Ltd.
• Bring Coolers for fish and leave them at the dock or in the car. Drinks will be stored in the boats coolers and onboard refrigeration.
